This section is where your CRM collects and organizes all survey submission data. You can analyze, download, and delete survey submission data from inside this section.
NOTE: Depending on your user permissions, you may not have access all of the components.
Choose the date range you want to use when analyzing your form submissions.
You can refresh the submission data at any time by pressing this button.
Choose from all of your surveys in order to analyze the submissions made on that survey.
Search Bar
After you've selected a certain survey, search for specific submissions by using the search bar here.
Here you will see all of the data submitted by the chosen individual who filled out the survey.
You can see the date of each submission in the top right corner here.
Here is a list of all submissions for any particular survey.
Here you can see the total amount of survey submissions for any particular survey selected.
You can change the total amount of submissions shown per page by switching the total number here.
Each survey submission will be listed with some basic information front and center including name, email, and the date submitted.
If you want to select an individual survey submission, or multiple submissions, you can click the checkboxes on the left side of each submission.
To download an individual survey submission in PDF format, you simply click the icon.
You can choose to delete selected survey submissions. If you delete the survey submission, you cannot get that data back. It will be gone forever.
You are able to download all survey submission data in the survey of a .pdf file if you want to send this data to a client or keep it in you computer records.
