Opportunities

Here you can view the stats related to the opportunities owned by the selected CRM user and how they are doing in terms of converting opportunities into sales.

Total Leads

Number of leads an individual user has been assigned to.

Open Leads

This tells you the number of leads that are not yet converted and may need some actions from the user to close them.

Won

Won leads are the opportunities owned by the user that are converted into sales.

Abandoned Leads

The opportunities that are lost without them going through the entire sales process for a variety of reasons will be shown in the Abandoned opportunities.

Lost Leads

The opportunities owned by the user that couldn’t get converted into sales will be shown here.
