This action pushes a pre-recorded voicemail file to that contact.
Assign User
Click on Assign to User if you want the calls to go to the assigned user's phone number that has been set up in Twilio.
Drop Your File
You can upload the voicemail file by clicking on the "Upload File" icon.
Voicemail can be recorded
If the voicemail file is not working:
Go to https://online-audio-converter.com/ and upload the voicemail file
Select 64kbps MP3, the lower the better.
Download the newly converted file, then re-upload it to your workflow.
