Rows
This is the next edit option after you choose a Section. The "Row" edit option creates a path for the "Column" edit option. Each Row can have 1 - 6 columns which depend on your choice. The Row box field won't show until you choose a column.
Add Row
Click on the "Row" edit option on the center upper part of the taskbar, then select "Add Row". The Row automatically adds, showing you the next edit option which is the "Column". For you to be that you have your Row setup, move your cursor over the box fields and look out for the box with the BLUE line, that's the Row!
You can have as many Rows as possible in a Section and you can also fit in as many Elements as possible into a Row.

Align
If your Row width is not at 100% you can adjust the position of the row to either, Left, Right, or Center.
Width
This is where you adjust the size of the Row between 30% - 100% (100% will occupy the entire width of the Section)
