Map Fields

When you dont have any existing Facebook form fields mapped already, you will need to select this option to map the Facebook form fields.

Before mapping the Facebook form fields, make sure you have created required custom fields in custom fields area of the CRM as this will be required to map the fields from Facebook form.

Form Fields

This will show the fields you have in your Facebook form.

Select Field

Here you will be shown the fields you have in your CRM platform that you will need to map with the Facebook form fields. Look at the bottom three fields in the screenshot where you can see the "Email" field from Facebook form is mapped correctly with the "Email" option in your CRM platform.

Save the Settings

After you have mapped the fields correctly, make sure to Save the settings.
