Creating Payment Link
If you want to quickly create payment invoice and send it to your client you can do so by creating the payment request from here.
Add Email
To send your Payment Invoice through both email and GMB Chat, you can enter the email of the client here. Click on "Create Invoice" once you have entered the email address.
Continue without Email
If you wish to use GMB chat as a medium to send your payment request, you can do so by using this option.
Add Items
Here you can add the product or service you are creating the invoice for.
Add Price
Here you can add the price of your product/service.
Add more Items
Use this to add more items to your Invoice.
Deleting Item
Use this to delete one of the item on the invoice.
Payment Request Total
Once you have added all the Items, make sure to check the total amount you are requesting to your client.
Invoice Number
This is system generated number for your Invoice.
Payment Method
Here you can let your client know about the payment method they can use to make the requested payment.
Invoice Due Date
Here you can access the calendar to set the due date for your Invoice.
Link Expiration
If you want to put certain expiration date to your invoice, you can do so by setting the expiration link to your invoice. If the client for some reasons fail to make the payment within a given time this link will be expired and you will have to create a new link all over again.
Additional Options
Here you can access some additional options with respect to the invoice.
Payment Mode
You can set the payment mode either test or Live by using the toggle. Once you have set your preference, you can save the changes.
Invoice Link
This is the link that you would send to your client through GMB chat. If you have choosen email as an additional method then your client will receive both email and GMB text with the payment link. To ensure your link functioning well, you can copy and paste the link to your browser and test it yourself.
