If a user is associated with multiple sub-accounts, they can set different notification preferences for each sub-account.
Notification preferences set or updated under a sub-account get applied to the specific sub-account, and not all the sub-accounts user is connected with.
In app notifications when checked, will notify you inside of your CRM and Leadconnector app. In this column, user can view the current settings for each type of notification on the list. Users can check or uncheck the boxes based on how they would like to receive the notifications.
For the users who access their emails more frequently can set email notifications based on their most important tasks. As shown in the column, a user can check or uncheck the boxes based on the type of notifications they would like to receive via email.
Lets you manage the notifications about client communications. Here you can customize the notifications with respect to the email conversations or text messages received through different channels.
You can opt to receive notifications for all new messages received for your account. You can check or uncheck for email notification and In-App notification option based on your preference. Enabling the notification saves you from constantly having to check conversations section to see if the new message has received.
This option when enabled, can send notifications when you're assigned a conversation.
This notification is meant only for a conversation you're assigned to. Whenever new message arrives in one of the conversation you are assigned to, you get notified either in your app or via email based on what you have checked or unchecked.

Whenever a user is assigned with a task, a user gets notified in your app or via email. useful when you have multiple users with bunch of tasks created for different users.
With this option, you can set the time when you would like to be reminded for a task.
Lets you manage the notifications related to your wordpress website. Make sure you have the website domain is connected with the CRM system to be able to set your notification preferences.
Each time a customer makes a purchase, you get notified in app or via email. You can check or uncheck the box depending on how you would like to be notified.
Lets you manage the notifications related to your facebook page. Remember you need to have integrated your facebook page before you can actully receive the notifications.
With this option you can manage the reviews received on your facebook page. Select weather you would like to be notified via email or you would prefer an In-App notification.

If you have enabled this notification, it can help you decide the next action you might need to take based on the review that is being received on the google my business page.
