Merge Contacts

If you have more than one contact in your CRM that is actually the same person, you can merge those contacts into a single contact by using this button. You will be given the opportunity to select which data is the correct data to be used in the new merged contact.
You have to select at least two contacts to be able to access the Merge button.
When merging a contact, you can decide the contact you will like as the Master Record by toggling here.
Once you click "Confirm and resolve", this operation becomes irreversible.
Here is the list of relevant information you can select from different contacts and merge them as one under the Master record.
Select All
You can also click on the "Select all" button to select all the info of the contact
Select "Show Fields With Different Values" here to see fields with different values.
If you want to show all fields, simply click on "Show all fields" here.
