Facebook & Instagram

This integration allows you to manage your Facebook business page/pages and Instagram business page/pages from your CRM. This includes conversations, lead forms, ad campaigns, etc.

Before you connect your Facebook and Instagram to your CRM, you will have to ensure that a few of the settings are already in place. Below are the steps and the guidelines to make the process smoother:

• Facebook Permissions - You will need to obtain the necessary permissions for the Facebook page that you would like to manage from your CRM.

• Instagram business account - you can either set up a new Instagram business account or switch your existing personal Instagram account to a business Instagram account. Below is the screenshot from the Instagram help center.
